Predominantly Orange writer Derek Esquibel and I are here to provide you with our weekly segment outlining our takes on the Denver Broncos game versus the Kansas City Chiefs along with our picks for each game Sunday, Broncos fantasy advice, and our Predominantly Orange eliminator challenge.

Week three was just a big slap of reality for many teams in the NFL that there is truly no easy games. Last year’s NFC runner-up Minnesota Vikings got spanked at home by rookie Josh Allen and the previously inept Buffalo Bills.

The New England Patriots lost to the winless Detroit Lions at Ford Field, and the Denver Broncos tried setting a record for holding penalties in their disappointing loss to the Baltimore Ravens.

Although fans of those teams are frustrated, that kind of parity is fantastic for the NFL. What’s not fantastic for the NFL is the amount of ridiculous roughing the passer penalties and other phantom penalties (hello pretend block in the back, Denver) that have been called.

Regardless, the NFL season has been exciting through three weeks and week four promises to keep us on our toes with division rivalry games, winless teams trying to secure their first win (Oakland, Arizona, and Houston), and two rookies making their NFL starting debuts (Baker Mayfield and Josh Rosen).

With the unreasonable expectation that we should strive to be perfect in our outlook heading into week four, we take a stab at identifying which teams will cover against Oddsshark.com odds, which players from Denver’s game should be sat and who should start, our Predominantly Orange eliminator challenge, and finally, what we think will be the outcome of Monday night’s game at Denver Broncos Field at Mile High.
