DENVER, CO – SEPTEMBER 9: Running back Phillip Lindsay #30 of the Denver Broncos scores a first quarter touchdown on a reception as cornerback Tre Flowers #37 of the Seattle Seahawks falls to the ground during a game at Broncos Stadium at Mile High on September 9, 2018 in Denver, Colorado. Phillip Lindsay plays possessed and torches on the ground

One of the bigger stars on the offense this season, Phillip Lindsay has shown time in and time out why he could be the next great running back in Denver. He is wearing Terrell Davis’ number. Perhaps there is some good old magic still in it. It will come and surface for Lindsay once again.

He will record another 100-yard rushing performance and add two touchdowns to his stat line. Yes, I’m calling it. This will be Lindsay’s game to shine too. First, Lindsay is furious right now, unjustly being ejected from the game against the Ravens. In a game where nothing seemed to go Denver’s way, it went down south fast with the ejection. Since he will not face a suspension, Lindsay will get to play like a man on a mission.

The Chiefs D is not ranked very well against the running backs. They average over 100 yards per game on the ground. With all these factors, and if the offensive line keeps opening those gaps like we’ve been seeing, this will be an explosive offensive game. There should be no doubt that the Colorado star should factor in a big way against the Broncos’ AFC West foes.
