The Denver Broncos’ stellar rookie class continued to make its presence felt in the team’s devastating loss to the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.

The 2018 rookie class for the Denver Broncos will help shape the future of the team, but they are also making a huge impact in their rookie seasons in the NFL.

Their impact wasn’t significant enough to help the Denver Broncos win against the Baltimore Ravens, but there was still a lot to be taken from this game in Baltimore.

Let’s take a look at how the Broncos’ rookie class fared against the Ravens and what they can improve on in this week’s rookie grades.

Bradley Chubb, DE

The Broncos’ rookie defensive end has been very solid throughout the team’s first couple of games, notching a half sack on the first play from scrimmage this season against the Seattle Seahawks.

Chubb had a whopping seven pressures in his first game, and had just one in week two against the Oakland Raiders. Still, through two weeks, his eight total pressures led all rookies. He was back at it again against the Ravens with the first ‘full’ sack of his NFL career (which came on the first possession of the game) and three more pressures on Joe Flacco, bringing his season total all the way up to 11.

His three pressures led the Broncos, but Pro Football Focus didn’t like Chubb’s overall performance in this game, giving him extremely poor grades in run defense and tackling.

Chubb played 50 total snaps in this game and looked solid throughout and had a couple of really good rushes.
