The Denver Broncos travel to the east coast to take on the Baltimore Ravens in a big matchup. We preview the week three battle here.

While the Baltimore Ravens have only been in the league since 1996, they have developed themselves into quite the franchise. For the Denver Broncos, the team that resides in Maryland has given them quite a few fits over the years.

Baltimore leads the all time series by only one game at 7-6. Most of those victories came after the Denver Broncos went back-to-back in Super Bowl titles. After Elway retired, the Ravens began stating their case, even beating winning over the Broncos in Denver’s first return to the postseason since the retirement of Elway.

That playoff loss would begin five years in which the Broncos could not solve the Ravens. Some of the games between these teams in recent history have been classics. Just most have not gone in Denver’s favor.

Despite the early failures, the Denver Broncos have taken three of the last four meetings against the Ravens. The lone loss was a devastating one. I do not think I need to go into much detail for that one.

The teams meet for the first time since the Broncos opened up their Super Bowl 50 season with a win over the Baltimore Ravens. Former Raven Darian Stewart played a key part in intercepting Joe Flacco to seal the game away.

Denver has only won a single game in Baltimore. Can they make it their second win? We will find out on Sunday. Let us dive right into the week three preview.
