Marquette King and the Denver Broncos defeated the Oakland Raiders on Sunday. After the game, King went to social media to send shots towards Jon Gruden.

For Broncos Country, it is a good day to defeat your hated rival Oakland Raiders. For Marquette King, a former Oakland Raider, beating your former team is always sweet.

While King did not factor a whole lot into the game, being able to secure a late win over the team that let you go during the offseason was a big reason for him to celebrate.

As some may know, the Oakland Raiders made a shocking move during the offseason and cut Marquette King two years into his extension. The Denver Broncos would sign him less than a week later. The move was sent as a “message” led by Jon Gruden.

With the chance to face against his former team and the coach that let him go, the Denver Broncos secured a win, which led to Marquette King taking to social media to display his thoughts on the win.

In a Twitter post that simply says “Dear BFF, Part One” Marquette King appears and sees what appears to be a Chucky doll with a lot of money on it.

King approaches the doll and just simply pats the doll on the head while shaking his head. The shake appears in a “not today” thought.

It took a while for me to figure it out, but the Chucky doll is supposed to represent Jon Gruden and the ten year, $100 million dollar contract he signed in the offseason. It is quite a clever response by Marquette King in a response for being released early in the season.

Throughout the week, Marquette King has dismissed Jon Gruden and it appears he provided the perfect response with the Broncos securing a win against their AFC West rivals.

All I can say is that I am looking forward to part two. The Broncos and Raiders face off on Christmas Eve at Oakland. If the Broncos win that game, expect part two to be released then.
