The Denver Broncos face their division rival Oakland Raiders in week two. Here is my prediction for the game as well as the other AFC West matchups.
The Denver Broncos got off to a good start to the 2018 season by defeating the Seattle Seahawks 27-24 in a thrilling game. Their offensive line played great, allowing just one sack. They gave quarterback Case Keenum enough time to throw downfield. Unfortunately, he threw three interceptions.
That wasn’t enough for the Seahawks to come back to win.
Along with Von Miller’s three sacks on Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, Keenum found his favorite target for the game, connecting with wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders 10 times for 135 yards and a score.
Divisional matchups are extremely important to win. When the Raiders head to Denver for Sunday’s game, it will be the first-of-two matchups for the 2018 regular season.
The Oakland Raiders come to town in week two, and without the best pass rusher they have had for the last couple of years.
The Kansas City Chiefs head to Pittsburgh to face the Steelers, who will again be without their star running back Le’Veon Bell. Bell is currently holding out due to contract disagreements.
The Los Angeles Chargers go across the country to Buffalo to face the Bills, who have benched quarterback Nathan Peterman in favor of first-round rookie quarterback Josh Allen.
Without any further ado, here are my predictions for each of these games.
