Running Backs

Royce Freeman (age 22)

The Broncos selected Royce Freeman with the 71st overall selection (third round) in the 2018 NFL Draft. Freeman was one of two third-round selections for the Broncos in 2018 and the highest running back the team has selected since 2013 (Montee Ball, 2nd round).

Devontae Booker (age 26)

Devontae Booker’s NFL career started in Denver when he was a surprising fourth-round draft pick (136th overall) in the 2016 NFL Draft. Booker was considered a second-round prospect by many NFL Draft analysts and his career has seen mixed results in the first two years.

Phillip Lindsay (age 24)

Phillip Lindsay was signed by the Denver Broncos as an undrafted free agent immediately after the 2018 NFL Draft. Lindsay is a local product who played his high school ball in Denver and collegiately in Boulder.

Andy Janovich (age 25)

The Broncos drafted Andy Janovich in the sixth round of the 2016 NFL Draft (176th overall). Janovich was a jack-of-all-trades in college at Nebraska and has become a valuable lead blocker in Denver in addition to a core special teams player.

Dave Williams (Practice Squad, age 24)

Before signing onto the Broncos’ practice squad, Dave Williams was drafted by the Broncos with the 226th overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft out of Arkansas. He transferred to Arkansas after beginning his college career at South Carolina.
