Safeties: Justin Simmons, Darian Stewart, Will Parks, Su’a Cravens, Dymonte Thomas  (44/53)

The Broncos absolutely could have one of the best safety tandems in the entire league.

Watching them, the thing that pops into my head is how they are quick to find the ball carrier and make the tackles.

Darian Stewart is the veteran of the group. Since being drafted by the St. Louis Rams back in 2010, he has accumulated 394 tackles and has nine interceptions.

He’s not close to his final game in the league, so he could absolutely be a member of the Broncos for many more years.

Su’a Cravens got his first game action as a Denver Bronco against the Cardinals on Thursday night and looked good.

Despite his lack of game time, he is regarded as a great pickup by the team when he was traded to Denver from the Washington Redskins.

Cravens quickly became one of my favorites on the team when he was first traded to Denver. He has always shown excitement and happiness to be where he is and that’s something that’s very important when it comes to being a team player.

His passion for what he does is crucial.

Dymonte Thomas definitely earned his spot on the roster during the preseason. I believe the Broncos will keep five safeties and Thomas will be the fifth.

He has been around the football multiple times during the preseason and makes plays on the ball.
