Yet another position where the Broncos have great depth.

Von Miller continues to be a dominant force for the Broncos against opponents’ offensive tackles. His speed coming is unlike any other player I have seen in the NFL. He’s like another Derrick Thomas if there ever was one.

Shane Ray is coming off a wrist injury that required surgery. It was something that bothered him throughout the 2017 season.

The Broncos decided not to exercise his fifth-year option, making him a free agent in 2019. He will plan on playing extremely well in 2018 to land a decent, if not great, contract with another team.

Bradley Chubb is the third first-round pick in the Broncos’ linebacker group. He was regarded as the best defensive player coming out of the 2018 draft and the Broncos were very surprised that he was available when they were on the clock with the fifth overall pick.

Chubb has looked very good in the preseason as a starting linebacker. He will continue to be tested by some of the best offensive linemen in the league in 2018.

Josey Jewell is an exciting linebacker to watch. Despite his lack of speed, he has a knack for the football. He can find ball carriers and make tackles with ease. He has shown that to be true this preseason.
