A lot of jobs are on the line for the Denver Broncos. Here are some players who need to play well in the final preseason game in Arizona.

In week four of the NFL preseason, players will prove that they belong on the Denver Broncos’ (or any NFL team’s) roster, while some dreams will sadly come to an end.

It’s a privilege to play in the NFL.

A lot of players who will play Thursday night will be released, but they will have the opportunity to perform well and get noticed by other NFL teams. There are a bunch of players who absolutely deserve to be on the team but the roster limit (53 active roster players) and depth at some positions will prevent that from happening.

For the most part, the starting offense and defense are known.

We have our quarterback in Case Keenum. We have our starting wide receivers in Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders.

Our linebacker situation is one of, if not the best in the entire league, even though a couple of guys at the position were lost for the season.

The Broncos will sit their starters, except possibly at the running back position.

There are also questions about who will play the nickel and dime linebacker position.

Those questions will need to be answered before the team faces the Seattle Seahawks in week one.

Here are some players who need to play well tonight against the Arizona Cardinals either to preserve their roster spot or win one outright.
