Hamilton is a tremendous route runner and great complement to what Courtland Sutton is as a wideout.

The future appears very bright with both of these players front and center when Demaryius Thomas and/or Emmanuel Sanders move on.

According to one of the coaches during Training Camp, Hamilton is the best route runner on the team.

This is an impressive feat considering Sanders is about as elusive as anyone in the NFL.

Hamilton’s other top assets are his strong hands. He is such a reliable slot receiver between the 20s.

Before the preseason and Training Camp, Hamilton soaked up the playbook and spent a lot of time in the film room.

In his film study, the Denver Broncos wide receiver admired Adam Thielen’s knack for always getting open. Theilen of course is Case Keenum’s former favorite target from Minnesota.

If Hamilton can translate this to regular season games the Broncos will be very happy.

One play in the preseason suggests this has an opportunity to continue. Hamilton showed no fear running a route across the middle of the field. Keenum showed an incredible amount of trust in Hamilton, feeding it to the wideout for the first down.

Trust is the biggest key for all these rookies. The Broncos’ staff and players are showing faith in their young nucleus.
