The Denver Broncos have just one preseason game remaining, which means one more chance to impress the coaches and make the roster.

The preseason has no effect on the playoff race from wins and losses perspective, but it has a major effect on the playoffs race in terms of determining which players help you get there.

It’s not like the Denver Broncos — or any other team, for that matter — are having open tryouts, but preseason games are a chance for guys to prove that when the lights come on, they can help your team win.

There were a number of Broncos players who stood out in Friday night’s game against the Washington Redskins, including some offensive playmakers.

The Broncos need the offense to step up in a big way this season after finishing just ahead of the Cleveland Browns in total giveaways last season and ranking near the bottom of the league in every major category.

Through three preseason games, the offense has looked outstanding after a bit of a slow start.

Case Keenum is operating with confidence and it looks like he could be one of the biggest difference makers in the NFL this season.

But what about players that aren’t proving to be major assets? We already took a look at four guys in danger of getting cut, but after the team’s third preseason game, it looks like some more players could be on the roster bubble.
