What is the deal with Devontae Booker?

The Broncos’ number one running back on the depth chart hasn’t really looked like a featured back in the opportunities he’s been given, and the best play he’s probably ever made in a Broncos uniform didn’t count.

Remember Booker’s hurdle against the Colts last season on Color Rush night?

But what about this year?

What is Booker bringing to the table that makes him the number one back over Royce Freeman, or why should the Broncos give him reps over Phillip Lindsay at this point?

We need to see from Booker on the field what the team is saying he is on paper.
