Week 5 vs JAX

Week 6 @ NE

Week 8 vs DEN

Week 15 vs LAC

Without question, the Kansas City Chiefs have the hardest schedule out of the four AFC West teams.

Here are their first six games: @LAC, @PIT, vs SF, @DEN, vs JAX, @NE.

Talk about a rough welcome to the league for Patrick Mahomes.

If they can find a way to win three of those games, that should be looked at as a big success.

To make things even harder, Kansas City doesn’t get a break until week 12.

Along with the Rams, they have the latest bye week in the NFL season. It will be interesting to see what kind of effect the long stretch without a break has on the Chiefs mentally, physically, and in the standings.

It’s not all bad news for the Chiefs though, as they get to close out the season playing three of their final four games at home in Arrowhead Stadium.
