The Broncos trotted Yiadom out with the number one defense against the Vikings, and despite some tough results against Stefon Diggs — one of the league’s best receivers –, Yiadom turned in a pretty impressive performance overall.

The lengthy cornerback hopes to do a lot more celebrating against the Bears as opposed to wondering what might have happened if he were just a tenth of a second quicker on certain plays.

Yiadom will get the chance to go up against the Bears’ top offense for a good bit of time in this one as Chris Harris Jr. has been working through a strained oblique this week at practice, and is unlikely to play much, if at all, in this game.

The Broncos have liked Yiadom for a long time and envisioned a prominent role for him back in January when they had him at the 2018 Senior Bowl.

So far, he’s proven to be a valuable pickup as a third-round pick and could be a critical piece of the revamped No Fly Zone.
