Taking a look at some of the players on the Denver Broncos’ roster who are trade candidates for salary cap or depth purposes.

The Denver Broncos are getting set for their second preseason game of 2018 and as the regular season approaches, trade talks will start heating up.

The Broncos might not only be looking to sell as roster cuts start coming in over the next few weeks, but they could also be buyers.

We took a look at some reasons why the Broncos might be interested in trading for Teddy Bridgewater and of course, pursuing those types of trades will be on the table as long as John Elway is general manager.

The Broncos will look to make trades for a variety of reasons. Those reasons could include the team’s depth at certain positions, a desire for financial flexibility, or maybe even just as a way to get any sort of value for a player they know is not going to fetch anything in terms of future compensatory picks after the season.

With all of this in mind, which players might the Broncos look to shop over the next couple of weeks? Some of these might be more obvious than others, but let’s look at the reasons why Elway and company might look to get some value where they can.
