Tiki Barber Believes Denver Broncos Can Make Noise in AFC
By Tylor Walden
The national media is not giving the Denver Broncos much of a chance to do well in the NFL in 2018. However, Tiki Barber believes otherwise.
Broncos Country has seen many members of the media not give the Denver Broncos much of a fighting chance in the 2018 season. Some examples include Sports Illustrated having Denver finish with a 4-12 record. Bleacher Report released the teams odds to win the division. The Broncos did not get a single vote there.
Is anyone other than Broncos Country giving this team a chance to succeed? Former NFL running back Tiki Barber believes in the Broncos.
Appearing on Good Morning Football, the panelists were giving their thoughts on who would be the biggest threat to the New England Patriots in the AFC. When it was Barber’s turn, he gave a surprise team. The Denver Broncos.

There was one panelist that was a bit surprised with the decision. But it is nice to see that there is some optimism for the Broncos on a national level.
Tiki Barber gives some of his reasons as to why the Denver Broncos could pull this off. He began by saying that the defense can still produce at a strong level. He is also a firm believer in Case Keenum in Denver.
I firmly agree with Tiki Barber here. This can be backed up with how well the Broncos offense has performed in training camp in these last four days. Even with Paxton Lynch throwing the football, the receivers have displayed amazing catches over and over. Emmanuel Sanders and Courtland Sutton are two receivers that have made a lot of noise so far.
It is not crazy to think that the Broncos can make some noise in the AFC. As long as the defense continues to perform at an elite level and Case Keenum does well, it is not impossible to have faith in this team.
