The Denver Broncos concluded their third day of practice at the UC Health Training Center in Englewood, Colorado. We update you on the injury report…

Injuries, unfortunately, plague NFL teams early on in training camp, but the Denver Broncos have made it out relatively healthy.

Following the Broncos’ third practice of Training Camp, several players found themselves on the injury report.

On day three of camp, Broncos left tackle Garett Bolles left the field on a cart and is being evaluated for a potential concussion.

Any time a cart is brought out to the practice field, a lot of speculation can occur, however, it appears Bolles will be okay.

Following Bolles heading into the locker room, Cyrus Kouandjio stepped in and took reps at left tackle.

Tight end Jeff Heuerman sat out of Monday’s practice due to soreness in his knee. Heuerman suffered a torn ACL in 2015 and sat out of practice to rest his soreness.

Another injury that occurred in practice was to Broncos star linebacker Brandon Marshall. Marshall left the field early with trainers with an apparent wrist injury.

Broncos head coach Vance Joseph spoke to the media following practice and said that Marshall’s wrist injury is considered ‘minor’.

Marshall has been a consistent factor for the Denver Broncos defense, but it appears he won’t miss any time.

As the Broncos continue to find their third and fourth cornerbacks, Marcus Rios sat out of practice today with a sore hip. Rios had five tackles for the Broncos in 2017 and demonstrated deceptive makeup speed in coverage.

Rios is considered to be day to day on the injury report.

Also, newly acquired Broncos wide receiver Philly Brown is in concussion protocol following hitting his head on a weight rack in the Broncos weight room on Sunday.

He’s also considered day to day until he completes concussion protocol standards.

The Broncos put the pads on Tuesday, so here’s to hoping that players can stay healthy without any setbacks.

Here is Broncos head coach Vance Joseph’s post-practice press conference:
