Super Bowl 33 Champion Denver Broncos: Where are they now?
By Andrew Wade
Jason Elam
Jason Elam is the most decorated kicker in Denver Broncos history.
Drafted in the third round out of Hawaii, Elam spent the first 15 years of his career in Denver, setting numerous records along the way.
He currently holds every single field goals made record for the Broncos and at one point was tied for the longest field goal in NFL history at 63 yards.
With the Broncos, Elam established himself as one of the most consistent kickers in the league. His consistency and strong leg led him to three Pro Bowl selections. Additionally, he is a member of Denver’s Ring of Fame, the 50th Anniversary team, and a two-time Super Bowl champion.
As it currently stands, Elam is 8th all-time in the NFL in field goals made, and he is 42nd all-time in field goal percentage.
Today, Jason Elam is currently married to a former Broncos cheerleader and has four children.
Outside of family time, he is the author of four action-adventure books centered around terrorism and football (think Jason Bourne meets the NFL). Furthermore, he was featured on the television show Buying Alaska in 2012 when he and his wife Tammy were searching for a home in Sitka, Alaska.
