If the Denver Broncos weren’t stacked with their “Fearsome Foursome” they will be now after hearing good news about Shane Ray…

The Denver Broncos received great news regarding Shane Ray this morning per Ian Rapport and other media outlets.

It was unclear if Ray would need surgery on his wrist that he reinjured.

The abundance of pass rushers for the team will be even better due to more positive news regarding Ray’s health and timetable.

It is reported Ray will not need surgery on that wrist and there’s a decent chance he will be ready for Training Camp. Training Camp begins Saturday, July 28th. This means Ray won’t miss any game action in the regular season.

This is monster news for an already great defense.

Ray joins the “Fearsome Foursome” of pass rushers completing the “Orange Rush” once again. His ability to be a highly productive, high energy rusher off the edge gives Denver three capable of filling this role.

Ray and Shaquil Barrett were the energizer bunnies off the sideline in 2015 when the Broncos led the NFL with 52 sacks. This season the team has five pass rushers to get after the quarterback placing even greater pressure on opposing teams.

Led by Von Miller, the Denver Broncos are expected to be well equipped to wreak havoc with the first team and second team. The potential for two NASCAR packages now exists with the addition of Shane Ray back into the fold.

This is just another example of the Broncos appearing better than 5-11 on paper. By all accounts, the team is quickly heading in the right direction before the regular season starts.
