Bradley Roby, age 26

Overshadowed somewhat by the star power around him, Bradley Roby has become one of the NFL’s best cornerbacks over the past four years, and most casual fans forgot he even exists.

Despite picking off just one pass in 2017, Roby led the Broncos with 17 pass breakups.

Though he isn’t part of the technical ‘starting 11′ defensively, Roby played more snaps in 2017 than all but six other defenders on the Broncos’ roster.

Simply put, receivers don’t stand a good chance of catching the ball if Roby is in the appropriate coverage.

Since he was drafted in 2014, he’s become much more efficient on a per-snap basis and is ready for a breakout season.

He should earn a big contract extension from the Broncos and become one of the team’s featured defenders for years to come. Hopefully, this year will see Roby set a new career high in interceptions.

He’s a fiesty player with great hands and ball skills, and he’ll start turning more of those breakups into picks.
