Denver Broncos: Outside linebacker 2018 position preview

Jeff Holland, age 22
Cut from very nearly the same cloth as Shaquil Barrett size-wise and athletically, Jeff Holland is one of the best undrafted players the Broncos picked up following the 2018 NFL Draft.
Despite only having three seasons at Auburn, Holland was an All-SEC performer this past season with 12.5 tackles for loss and 9.5 sacks, along with a whopping four forced fumbles.
How often does someone with those type of numbers not get drafted out of the SEC, regardless of how long they were in college?
Holland has a very natural feel to him as a pass rusher, and he impressed coaches this offseason. At this point, it would be a shock if he didn’t make the team.
Holland was considered an early day three prospect by most analysts and experts, and there’s still really no explanation to why he wasn’t picked.
The Broncos ended up getting a steal and Holland has a chance to contribute very early on.
