Contract: Two years, $4.25 million

After one year of Darian Stewart’s two-year, $4.25 million contract, the Broncos tore it up and gave him a four-year extension.

Stewart was a phenomenal pickup in the 2015 offseason, proving his contributions to the Ravens as a reserve and spot starter had been no mirage.

Stewart was a key piece of the Broncos’ 2015 defense, making huge plays on the back end and pairing perfectly with T.J. Ward as a safety duo.

In three seasons with the Broncos (so far), Stewart has racked up 190 total tackles, 21 pass breakups, seven interceptions, and two forced fumbles along with three recoveries.

Stewart experienced a bit of a down year in 2017 but is primed to bounce back and help the Broncos’ defense create some more turnovers.

He was selected to his first career Pro Bowl in 2016.
