4. Amari Cooper, Oakland Raiders

Amari Cooper is an enigma, to say the least. If he could just hold on to the ball, he would be a top five receiver in the NFL. That hasn’t always been the case though.

In 2016, Cooper dropped ten passes, while in an injury-filled 2017, Cooper still dropped five passes (tied for 9th in the league).

Despite an injury-plagued 2017 season and the drops, Cooper is a dynamic playmaker. Since coming into the league three years ago, he has posted career numbers of 203 catches for just under 3,000 yards and 18 touchdowns. Those numbers are outstanding for the fourth year Alabama product.

Although Gruden hasn’t shown the best side of himself in building the team this offseason, he is still known around the league as an offensive guru. With his coaching and an injury free year, Cooper will return to the high standards he set for himself.
