4. Devontae Booker – Denver Broncos
Devontae Booker comes in fourth in our ranking of tailbacks in the division. Booker’s ranking comes with the inexperience of being a premiere back.
As the Broncos head into training camp in July, Booker faces competition with Royce Freeman and De’Angelo Henderson. He demonstrates glimpses of potential with his speed, power, and athletic ability, but there is something that many feel is missing from his game: Experience.
As the counterpart to CJ Anderson in 2017, Booker finished the season with 299 yards rushing on 79 carries. He was an element in the passing game by catching 30 passes for 275 yards.
He finished the season with just one rushing touchdown.
