Matt Paradis, C

After spending almost his entire rookie season (2014) on the practice squad, Matt Paradis was given a chance to be the starting center on one of the best Denver Broncos teams of all-time.

Paradis got his chance to start in 2015, which ended up being Peyton Manning’s final year with the team.

Having essentially a rookie center snapping the ball to Manning in what could potentially (and would end up being) his final NFL season was a pretty terrifying thought, but the Broncos made the right call.

Since he took the first snap of the 2015 season, Paradis has not missed a single game or snap for the Denver Broncos (three seasons) and has become one of the elite players at his position in the NFL.

Paradis is as tough as they come, is a very smart player, and is someone the Broncos are going to have to seriously consider re-signing after this season, though the price to do so will be quite high.
