Von Miller’s pass rush summit looks like a football player’s dream getaway come true. Here’s what the Denver Broncos star put together…
No one in the NFL has figured out the formula to mixing time off or vacation with football quite like Von Miller.
Miller set up a pass rush summit in 2017 that generated a lot more outside interest than he probably anticipated when putting it together, and it has blossomed into a full-blown, major event.
With the help of sponsors Bass Pro Shops and Big Cedar Lodge (Ridgedale, MO), Miller has created the ultimate football oasis in one of the most beautiful settings possible.
Here’s a look:
It’s bigger than just a rivalry.

Miller is going to great lengths to take care of his guests.
Following along with some of the players on Instagram, including Broncos edge rusher Shaquil Barrett in addition to Miller, it’s clear to see that a ton of effort was put into planning this event.
Barrett had a video that expired on his Instagram story of his arrival at the lodge and the amazing suite he was going to be staying in.
On the bed, there was a gift package welcoming him to the pass rush camp including some Bass Pro Shops gear, a bottle of wine, and a number of other things.
It would be a shock if every other guest wasn’t taken care of similarly.
There are some stars out for the event, including legendary NFL players Bruce Smith and Warren Sapp, as well as some of the best pass rushers in the game today.

Miller’s attention to detail is noticeable in pretty much everything he touches nowadays.
The Super Bowl MVP does an incredible job with the events he puts on in the Denver community, with his foundation Von’s Vision, and literally everything he does.
He’s come such a long way since he was drafted in 2011.
