Sometimes in the National Football League, there are some players that you would never expect to end up on another team prior to week one. The Denver Broncos have a few players who could potentially be on a new team in 2018 by the end of the preseason.

Whether it’s a superstar, an average (but solid) player, or a new addition, there are bound to be surprise trades before the start of the regular season.

From the Jerome Bettie trade from the Rams to the Steelers, Marshall Faulk going from the Colts to the Rams, and one of the most known and most controversial trades in NFL history, Herschel Walker heading to Minnesota from Dallas, there have been some shocking trades in the NFL over the years.

And don’t forget the trade that sent running back Clinton Portis to the Washington Redskins for future Hall of Fame cornerback Champ Bailey, a top-three cornerback in league history.

Here are a couple members of the Broncos who could find themselves on a different team before the 2018 regular season begins.
