2. Oakland Raiders: Martavis Bryant, WR
The Raiders make their final appearance on this list with one of the most underrated moves of the offseason.
On day two of the draft, the Raiders sent a third-round pick to the Pittsburgh Steelers in exchange for the talented but troubled Martavis Bryant.
If Bryant is able to stay away from trouble with the NFL, he’s a phenomenal player with size, speed, and an incredible catch radius.
Bryant’s full potential hasn’t been realized yet as an NFL player but paired with Derek Carr in an offense that also includes Amari Cooper and Jordy Nelson, Bryant could excel and become the best version of himself.
For the Raiders, this was not necessarily even a high-risk move. They had multiple mid-round picks to play with and the risk they took on Bryant here was worth the price they paid.
If he can find a way to stay on the field for an entire season and get 100 or so targets, this could be one of the best steals in the entire league.
