7. Near comeback vs. Chargers (October 9, 2011)

Not every great Tebow moment came in a victory, though if he’d have had four quarters in this particular game against the Chargers, who knows what might have happened?

The Broncos were 1-3 going into this game against the Chargers and faced a 23-10 deficit at halftime.

The team’s four-game experiment with Kyle Orton finally came to a miserable conclusion, and the Broncos turned to Tebow after halftime.

To say the energy in the stadium changed drastically would be a vast understatement.

Tebow completed just 4-of-10 passes but finished with two touchdowns (one passing, one rushing) and no turnovers, and the Broncos came within a Hail Mary at the end of the game from overcoming a huge halftime deficit and winning.
