Ranking the Current Denver Broncos Uniform Combinations
By Tylor Walden
With the recent announcement of home uniforms that will be worn in three home games, I will be ranking the five current Denver Broncos uniform combinations.
When you think of the Denver Broncos, the one color that comes to everyone’s mind is orange. From the early days up until before back to back Super Bowl wins, the team has been known for those intriguing orange jerseys and white pants.
From 1997 until Peyton Manning’s arrival in 2012, the blue jersey was used. Due to overwhelming popularity of the color orange to identify the team, it was reverted back. We will get to see both orange and blue this season. This will also include the color rush uniform that debuted back in 2016.
According to Mike Klis, the Denver Broncos will wear their color rush uniforms for a Week 12 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. They will also wear their navy blue alternatives for home games in Week Four and 15 against the Kansas City Chiefs and Cleveland Browns respectfully.
It will be the first time since the Color Rush was initiated that the Broncos will wear the all orange at home. The previous two times that they wore them were for road games against the San Diego (now Los Angeles) Chargers and Indianapolis Colts.
With the recent news about the home uniforms, we thought it would be fun to rank the five current Denver Broncos uniform combinations. In my opinion, I believe they are all good. But for this list, I will be ranking them from okay to awesome.
