2015 roster: T.J. Ward, Darian Stewart, David Bruton, Omar Bolden, Josh Bush.
2018 offseason roster: Justin Simmons, Will Parks, Su’a Cravens, Darian Stewart, Jamal Carter, Dymonte Thomas.

The 2018 Broncos have quite a group of young guys at the safety position. Aside from Stewart, the rest of the players at the position are under 25-years-old. Even still, Stewart still has some good football to play, as he is just 29.

Simmons and Parks played extensively last year. The departure of Ward made that possible. If they continue to grow, like I think they will, they could become one of, if not the best, safety duos in the league.

In all 16 games in 2017, Parks recorded 51 tackles. Simmons totaled 68 tackles in three fewer games.

The Broncos could choose to swap out safeties when they see fit, too. Cravens, acquired this offseason from the Washington Redskins, has the ability to play safety (his natural position), but he can also play some linebacker if the team asks him to.

That is the best-case scenario. He has a lot of upside to his game. I think that, if his heart sticks with the game, he will be considered as a steal from Washington.
