Chiefs (Andy Reid)-

Since joining the Chiefs Andy Reid hasn’t finished below nine wins. He has shown the ability to adapt to his team and succeed. This season with a quarterback with

one career start will show how good Reid truly is.

  • Raiders (Jon Gruden)- Gruden is the only head coach in the division with a Super Bowl ring. However, the game has changed a lot in the ten years since he has coached. Some of his moves in the off-season were confusing but for now, he gets the benefit of the doubt.
  • Chargers (Anthony Lynn)- After four losses (three by less than three points) to start the season, Lynn and the Chargers won nine of the remaining twelve. Lynn showed strong leadership and almost got the Chargers to the playoffs. Lynn will continue to bring that grit to the sidelines and looks to make a stronger stride in year two.
  • Broncos (Vance Joseph)- In his first season, Joseph seemed lost at times. Once the offense lost control in week three so did Joseph. The team as a whole fell apart. Joseph must show much stronger leadership to keep the team in line. Hopefully, it has already started.
