No contract negotiations for Matt Paradis yet

The Broncos have not had Matt Paradis available for a full offseason in a while, it feels like, and with him back at full strength, he’s ready to show out in a contract year.

Paradis signed a restricted free agent tender earlier this offseason, but is obviously a very important piece on the Broncos’ offensive line.

The team has not had any contract negotiations with him yet, and perhaps there are good reasons for that.

Paradis is 28 going on 29, and is coming off of two major hip surgeries.

With the market for centers rising at a rapid rate, it might be best for them to wait it out or see if Paradis will give them a hometown discount at some point.
