Jake Butt showing no signs of injury

Any worries about lingering effects of Jake Butt’s injury have been squashed.

Quarterback Case Keenum said he knew Butt was hurt last season, but said he couldn’t tell what type of injury he was dealing with.

Butt has stated this offseason that he feels the best he’s ever felt, and he attributed that to spending a year with a professional training and strength staff.

He’s added some good weight this offseason, and is ready to make significant contributions.

The excitement for Butt in the Broncos’ offense is almost reaching a borderline irrational level. Expectations are going to be high, but this is a young player that seems eager to meet and exceed them.
