The Denver Broncos locked up another one of their draft picks on Friday, signing their second third round draft pick Isaac Yiadom.

As the first week of Organized Team Activities wrapped up on Friday, the Denver Broncos and Isaac Yiadom have come to terms on his rookie deal.

The third round corner back officially becomes a new member of the Denver Broncos with the four year rookie deal. The deal is reportedly for about $3.7 million, including a $761k signing bonus.

With Isaac Yiadom under contract, only Bradley Chubb and Royce Freeman are left out of the draft class that have yet to sign. No doubt those deals will be done.

Isaac Yiadom should compete for time in the nickel corner back slot with Tramaine Brock. At the very least, we should see him on special teams. With the trade of Aqib Talib, the Denver Broncos needed a little bit of help on the cornerback side.

How much can Isaac Yiadom make an impact on the Denver Broncos roster right away? According to the Broncos staff, he can provide that impact. John Elway and the Broncos coaching staff got to see a bit during the Senior Bowl. Drafting him made it apparent that the staff liked what they saw.

Cornerback has been a big time staple for the Denver Broncos for a while. Last season, the Denver Broncos drafted Brendan Langley. In fact, the Denver Broncos have drafted a cornerback three of the last four years. No doubt that Elway wants the No Fly Zone to keep its course.

It will take a lot of talent to fill in the shoes left by Aqib Talib. They will not be able to replace his leadership, but I am hopeful that the Denver Broncos new crop of cornerbacks, including Isaac Yiadom, can get the job done.
