As you can recall, Lindsay is a player I was banging the table to draft along with many others. If there is a running back with a current chip on a shoulder that parallels C.J. Anderson it is Lindsay.

Lindsay did not receive an invite to NFL Combine making it an uphill climb, but he can do it.

Furthermore, the warrior at running back was one of the most decorated players to come from the University of Colorado recently. His passion infects all his teammates and his abilities make him a candidate to be on the 53.

He compares favorably to Chris Thompson, running back from Washington Redskins. Like Holland, Lindsay received a $15,000 signing bonus.

Lindsay is slippery, underrated in-between the tackles and quite a target out of the backfield. He is a better athlete than Kapri Bibbs, another former Denver Broncos UDFA. Do not be surprised if Lindsay sees playing time during the regular season. He is that good, in my opinion.

Predictions on who makes the 53-man roster:

1). Lowell Lotulelei
2). Jeff Holland
3). Phillip Lindsay
