We mentioned briefly about Shaquil Barrett in the introduction. Denver Broncos new pass rusher Jeff Holland might add his name to that list.

Holland is a ferocious sacker of the quarterback. His relentless amount of pressure can cause quarterbacks to panic.

It is very bizarre Holland was not drafted. He was a projected fourth or fifth round selection where he’d be a good rotational rusher. Holland is not the best against the run, but due to his fierce and physical presence he can make plays behind the line of scrimmage.

He has tremendous strength and athleticism to use a swipe move or dip under.

Holland is very raw, but the potential is there to make his presence in the future. Early on, Holland can serve a Vontarrius Dora role to start, but look for a much faster climb.

The Denver Broncos clearly feel highly of him to ink a deal with $15,000 signing bonus. This is a good indicator Holland has a spot on the team.
