The Denver Broncos drafted Bradley Chubb with the fifth overall selection in the 2018 NFL Draft. How did Broncos Country respond to the pick?

Broncos Country has a new pass rusher for the 2018 season and beyond. The Denver Broncos drafted Bradley Chubb with the fifth overall pick in this year’s draft. There was no surprise once he landed to the Broncos that it was the pick that made the most sense.

Having Bradley Chubb could bring the Denver Broncos back to the crushing 2015 defense that brought them their third Lombardi Trophy. John Elway likes improving his defense. That Super Bowl season was the blue print proof that defense does win championships.

This is a team that enjoys getting after the quarterback. You have Von Miller, Shane Ray, and Shaquil Barrett on the team as well. No matter who is on the field at the time, there will always be a threat for a quarterback sack.

The Denver Broncos only recorded 33 sacks in 2017. They had 52 in 2015. There is no doubt that something needed to get done in that department. Broncos Country is hopeful that Bradley Chubb can get it done.

Once the Cleveland Browns took Denzel Ward, the Broncos were quick to jump on the defensive side of the football. Broncos Country is big on letting their opinions known. So, I have looked at Twitter and give the best reactions to the draft selection of Bradley Chubb.
