1. Cleveland Browns: Sam Darnold, QB, USC
2. New York Giants: Saquon Barkley, RB, Penn State
3. New York Jets: Baker Mayfield, QB, Oklahoma
4. Buffalo Bills (from Browns): Josh Allen, QB, Wyoming

In this scenario, I personally feel the Broncos would be most likely to stick with the fifth overall pick, and take North Carolina State defensive end Bradley Chubb.

They could also still take a quarterback here in Josh Rosen, but I think Chubb would be graded higher on their board, and they may pounce at the chance to pick him if he’s still there at five.

Chubb would give the Broncos yet another fantastic defensive weapon to add to the likes of Von Miller, Derek Wolfe, Shaq Barrett, Shane Ray, and others on that defensive front. He would be able to start for this team at the right defensive end position.

Chubb looks like a future star in the NFL, so picking him here would be hard for  the Broncos to pass up.
