Taking a look at the Denver Broncos’ top five needs for the 2018 NFL Draft with the offseason dust finally settling. Where do the Broncos stand?
Over the course of what feels like a very quick offseason, we’ve updated and amended what we believe to be the Denver Broncos’ top needs for the up-coming 2018 NFL Draft.
With just over a week until the draft’s first round kicks off, I think it’s appropriate we take one last look at the Broncos’ current needs and how they rank at this point in time.
First, let’s take a look at some of the Broncos’ offseason activity…
Key Losses
QB Trevor Siemian, QB Brock Osweiler, RB C.J. Anderson, RB Jamaal Charles, WR/ST Cody Latimer, WR/ST Bennie Fowler, TE Virgil Green, OT Donald Stephenson, LB Corey Nelson, CB Aqib Talib
Key Acquisitions
QB Case Keenum, OT Jared Veldheer, OL Billy Turner (re-signed), DL Clinton McDonald, LB Todd Davis (re-signed), CB Tramaine Brock, S Su’a Cravens, P Marquette King
With the moves the Broncos have made this offseason, much of the team’s primary needs have been addressed. That being said, I think there are still some clear areas of need going forward, and they may look to draft accordingly.
For the final time before the 2018 NFL Draft, let’s examine the Broncos’ top five roster needs.
