The Denver Broncos hosted Louisville OL Geron Christian as well as UConn DL Foley Fatukasi for pre-draft visits on Tuesday…

The Denver Broncos hosted some big name prospects for pre-draft visits on Tuesday as they wrap up their draft preparations for 2018. Two of the prospects who visited on Tuesday were big men on both sides of the ball, and both could be in play for the Broncos late on day two or on day three at some point.

According to reports, the Broncos hosted Louisville offensive tackle Geron Christian and Connecticut defensive tackle Foley Fatukasi for official visits.

Fatukasi’s visit was first reported by Josh Norris, and Christian’s visit was reported by Mike Klis:

The Broncos also hosted a well-known quarterback at the team facility on Tuesday. You may have heard of Baker Mayfield, Oklahoma’s Heisman-winning quarterback.

The team also hosted Alabama cornerback Anthony Averett today.

So who are these big men?

Fatukasi, for starters, is one of the more underrated players in the draft, I think.

He is 6-foot-4, 315 pounds, very strong, and quite athletic for his size. He was productive but somewhat inconsistent at UConn, leading to a draft status somewhere between the 3rd-5th round.

If the Broncos could get Fatukasi in Bill Kollar’s room, his massive potential could be realized.

Geron Christian has been blocking for Lamar Jackson the past couple of years, and may be getting overlooked more than any other tackle in this draft.

The 6-foot-6, 318 pound Christian has long arms and great feet who can match edge rushers, but is not as physical as teams would like at this point.

For that reason, he’s being projected as a potential third round selection, and the Broncos obviously have two picks in that round.

Both of these players profile as starters down the line in the NFL, and could be really nice investments for the Broncos.
