Third Round

Furthermore, there still appears to growing uncertainty surrounding CJ Anderson. Ideally, it would be perfect to see Anderson stay, but the Denver Broncos must capitalize on the talent of Nick Chubb. As stated above, Chubb could be best running back in the class. To be honest, this particular Chubb pick screams what happened to Jake Butt in 2017. Due to an unfortunate ACL tear, the Broncos took a flier on Butt in the fifth round. Chubb, like Butt, gives tremendous value in the third round and starter material.

Additionally, the Broncos would be a ferocious defensive line with the ability to make plays behind the line of scrimmage. R.J. McIntosh registered 12.5 tackles for loss and 9.5 as a Sophmore.

It is an impressive feat for any defensive tackle to accomplish this task. Do not be surprised if the Denver Broncos go defensive tackle early in the NFL Draft. Not to mention Derek Wolfe’s neck scare might push the Broncos to attack the position.
