Corey Nelson left a void at linebacker. Vander Esch drafted in round two means the team does not trust Davis long-term. Also, Vander Esch could vie for a starter role quickly.

The Denver Broncos better hit a home run in the second. Vander Esch should see the field early in the season. A player that hits the film room, a gym that loves homework is a perfect candidate to be an instant playmaker and fan favorite.
