Visiting Denver, not for a team visit, Eric Decker opened up about the possibilities of returning back to the team that drafted him.

Could we see an Eric Decker reunion in Denver? It is certainly not out of the question. With how free agency has gone, anything is possible.

According to Mike Klis, Eric Decker visited the Mile High City for personal reasons. He was not in town for a visit. The history with Eric Decker has a lot of Broncos Country buzzing. Would Eric Decker be a good fit in Denver?

Looking at what he was able to do in the last few seasons, I would like that move. However, I feel as if it would need to be at a good price. Seeing the Broncos wide receiver situation, I would be okay with it in those regards.

The team lost Cody Latimer and Bennie Fowler so far in free agency. And while Carlos Henderson will return from injury, Emmanuel Sanders and Demaryius Thomas are the only key wide outs. It is important to put together an offense that will win games.

Another reason why Eric Decker would be a good fit is Case Keenum. With three veteran wide outs, it will be easier for the new quarterback to spread the ball around. Having to cover three solid wide receivers might spell trouble for any opposing secondary.

When it comes to the Denver Broncos, the team lacked a true number three wide receiver in 2017. It was either Demaryius Thomas or Emmanuel Sanders. Having Eric Decker on the roster would provide some security for Case Keenum and a solid red zone threat.

It might be just a dream that most of Broncos Country wants to see come to surface. We will know as the offseason continues.
