The Broncos still have a hole at the right tackle position, which is incredible given the fact that they have gone out the past two years in free agency and tried to fix it, in addition to using some high draft picks on the position (Sambrailo, Schofield).

Denver’s swinging and missing doesn’t stop at just the quarterback position. They have swung and missed at the right tackle position on a more frequent basis.

That said, Cameron Fleming seems like a much better option in free agency than the risky players that have been brought in like Donald Stephenson and Menelik Watson, former high draft picks who struggle with injuries and inconsistency (to say the least).

From week 13 through the end of the season, Fleming proved himself as a full-time starter and was consistently quite good for the Patriots. The Broncos may also have some interest in his teammate Nate Solder, who is a Colorado native, but Fleming might be the cheaper option, and at just 25 years old, he’s got some upside yet as well.
