Where It All Began

Once all was said and done, I was prepared to write my first piece. I decided to focus my subject on Wes Welker. As you all know, Wes Welker was originally suspended for the first four games of the 2014 season for testing positive for Adderall. During the time of my first writing, the league was getting together a new drug policy. However, I felt as if it was delayed due to the development of Ray Rice’s domestic violence saga.

I sure did come to this company at an interesting time. Here is my first article, “Is Wes Welker’s Return Slowed Down By the Ray Rice Saga?

Sure enough, five days after I wrote that piece, the new NFL drug policy went into effect and Welker’s suspension ended.
