Third Round (pick 1/2): Jaylen Samuels, RB/WR, North Carolina State

This draft is being dominated thus far by offensive picks, but that makes sense given the Broncos have been horrible offensively since the start of the 2015 season.

Jaylen Samuels is a player that could — hopefully — change that in a variety of ways.

First and foremost, this guy is a much better pure running back than he’s given credit. He’s a player that can be moved all over the formation offensively, and he just makes big plays with the ball in his hands.

I love his potential as a receiver, especially out of the slot, but there’s no wrong place for him on the field, in my opinion. This guy is a weapon and is going to be a huge scoring threat at the next level.
