Seventh Round

The Denver Broncos go to the B1G (Big Ten) again with Brian Allen. Allen is very intriguing offensive interior linemen. Much like Cappa, Allen is a physical presence that is not afraid to mix it up with the defensive linemen. The size and athleticism do not seem there. However, there is enough versatility to consider him for center. Allen’s strength overshadows the size and athleticism, but there is a sneakiness in his ability to pull and do the little things right as an offensive linemen. With the uncertainty of Matt Paradis’ hips holding up long-term and the Broncos fluctuating offensive linemen there might be a door open for Allen.. Center. Michigan State. Brian Allen. 225. player. 45

Next: Josh Allen is still a candidate for the Denver Broncos

There is a comfort level with the Broncos and drafting Big Ten players. Big Ten players tend to more disciplined than other players in other conferences. Brian Allen is just a sound football player. He is not flashy, but the job gets done. There is a revolving door with guard and tackle. Allen just secures depth at guard and insurance for Matt Paradis.
