Miami Dolphins

More from Predominantly Orange

Dolphins quarterbacks with expiring contracts: Jay Cutler, Matt Moore, David Fales.

Dolphins quarterbacks who didn’t play in 2017 because of injury: Ryan Tannehill.

Other Dolphins quarterbacks: None.

The Dolphins have Adam Gase as their head coach, and while he never worked with Siemian, Eric Studesville (the new Miami RBs coach) knows Trevor well and could vouch for him as a leader off the field and a guy who will work hard, learn the offense quickly, and provide stability behind Tannehill for this season at a reasonable price.

I actually like this fit more than many of the others.

The Dolphins have been getting by with Matt Moore as their backup for a while now, but Siemian would present a cheaper option and could be a good fit in Miami beyond 2018.
